A devoted husband, father, brother uncle, cousin and friend, Mr. Wilcox was born February 12, 1949 in Coffee county Georgia to the late Mr. Herbert Wilcox Sr. and the late Mrs. Ollie Exum Wilcox. Herbert aka "Buggie" was a true family provider and a friend to the community. On August 25th 1970 Buggie married the love of his life Mrs. Sandra L. Born March 9, 1937 to the late Mr. Mack and Mrs. Lady B. Moreland Glover in Ocilla Irwin county Georgia. Mrs. Fice was a Licensed practical Nurse at Osceola nursing home for many years, and was well loved and respected in her community especially the kid, for her freeze cups.
