Mr. Jackson is survived by one son: Mr. Darryl (Gloria) Jackson of Austell Georgia. Sibling: Mrs. Helen Whipple of Hillside New Jersey, Mr. Joel Jackson of Ocilla Georgia, Ms. Rose Jackson of East Orange New Jersey, Mrs. Barbara (John)Rector of Chester Township New Jersey, Mrs. Mary (Carl) Smith of Atlanta Georgia, Mrs. Dorothy (Charles) Andrews of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Peggy (Terriel) Walker of Austell Georgia, Mr. Robert (Wanda) Jackson Jr. of Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. Sue White of Austell Georgia, and Mrs. Cheryle (Robert) Harperof Douglasville Georgia. He also leave to cherrish his memories a host of Aunts, uncles, neices, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Willie James JacksonFuneral service for Mr. Willie James Jackson will be held on Saturday June 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. from the Pleasant Grove 1st. Baptist church located at 215 East 7th. street in Ocilla Georgia where the Rev. James C. Curtis is pastor. Eulogy will be delivered by Rev. Dr. Charles Andrews pastor of the Temple of Refuge Church Of God By Faith in Fitzgerald Georgia. Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery on Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla. Mr. Jackson will lie in state on Friday Morning 10:00 until 7:00 Friday Evening, and on Saturday moring at the chapel until 11:30 a.m. and at the church until the funeral hour.

The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.

I was sorry to hear of Willie James passing. I just got the news last night. I would have c.ome if I had known in time. Also it was to late to get flowers there in time. But my prayer is that God will comfort the family in this hour of bereavement. (class mate) Shirley Harris
