Born August 30, 1933 in Irwin county (Holt community), Mother Hardy was the daughter of the late Isaac Lawton Sr. and Mary Wiggins Lawton.

Mrs. Margie Ann Wilcox Thrower was born July 1, 1951, in Ocilla, Georgia to the late Maxine Campbell Newsome And the late Mr. Lucious Gamble Mrs. Thrower was a member of the Rehoboth Fellowship church where the Rev. Melvin D. Harper is pastor. She was educated in the Irwin county school system and was employed by the Irwin county hospital for many years until her health failed.

Mr. Parker will lie in state at the Davis funeral from Friday morning 10:00 until 7:00 P.M. and Saturday morning until the hour of the funeral.
