She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 66 years Mr. Williams Ross Jr. of Fitz. Ga.  Children:  Ms. Mary Joyce Ross of Ocilla Ga., Mr. William(Olga Ross) of West Orange New Jersey, Mr. Willie James(Wylene Ross) of Ocilla Ga., Ms. Hattie Pearl Ross, Mr. Melvin Ross, Mrs. Helen(Theophilus Craddock), Mr. Sammy Ross, Mr. Johnny Ross, Mr. Charlie Ross,  and Mr. Sidney(Lisa Ross) all of Fitzgerald, Ga.  Mr. Morris (Carmen Ross) of Warner Robins Ga.  Thirty Three grandchildren, Forty Six great grandchildren, and Two great great grandchildren.  Three brothers:  Mr. J. B.(Maggie Dent), Mr. Moses(Debbie Dent), of Miami Fl. Mr. Robert(Grace Dent) of Vidalia Ga.  Five sisters: Mrs. Earnestine(Columbus Bryant) of Wray Ga., Ms. Christine Dent of Vidalia Ga., Mrs. Margaree(James Dean), Mrs. Betty Gayman and Ms. Idell Dent all of Miami Fla.  Brother and sister in law:  Mr. Clarence(Inette Ross), Mr. David(Sadie Ross), Mrs. Ruby J. Arnold, Mrs. Blondell Tucker all of Ocilla Ga.  A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends also survives.

Born March 26, 1963 to the late Mr. James Devine and Mrs. Macie Devine.

Born April 6, 1930 to the late Sonny  and Effie Floyd Martin.  Mrs. Gainer was married to  Mr. Charlie Gainer Jr. who preceded her in death.  A member of the Pleasant Grove missionary Baptist church, where she served as a senior usher and Senior mission society.  Mrs. Gainer quietly departed this life Tuesday August 30, 2016 at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas Georgia.

Three brothers: Mr. Daniel (Sylvia) Lockett of Ocilla Ga., Mr. Jammie (Barbra) Lockett of Jacksonville Fla., Mr. Jimmie Lockett of Ocilla Ga. Three sister-in-laws; Mrs. Emily Bryant and Mrs. Dorothy Bryant both of Ocilla Ga. Mrs. Florence Lockett of Fellsmere, Fla. Mr. Ned Frazier of Charleston S.C, a companion of 34 years. A host of Neices, nephews, cousins, Aunts, uncles relatives and friends. Funeral services for Ms. Lillie Locket will be held on Saturday August 13, 2016 at 11;00 a.m. from the New Bethel Missionary Baptist church located at 401 East Seventh street in Ocilla, where the Rev. Christopher R. Douglas is pastor. The Rev. James C. Curtis will deliver the Eulogy. Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery located at 600 North Oak street in Ocilla Georgia.
Ms. Lockett will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla from Friday morning 10:00 until Friday evening 7:00, and at the church on Saturday morning until the funeral hour. The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gladys McElhaney will be held on Saturday July 9, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from the Holsey Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal church in Fitzgerald Georgia where the Rev. Anthony Davis is pastor. Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery in Ocilla Georgia. Mrs. McElhaney will lie in state at the Davis funeral Home 301 North Oak street in Ocilla, from Friday morning 10:00 until 7:00 P.M. and Saturday morning 10:00 until 1:00 p.m. and at the church until the funeral hour. Family and friends will regret to learn of the passing of Mother Ruby Carver 90, of Ocilla, Ga who passed into eternal rest on Monday morning July 4, 2016 at the Osceola Nursing Home surrounded by her family. She is survived by: Her Children: Betty Jenkins of Miami, Fla Pastor Vernell Carver of Ocilla, Ga Pearlene(Thomas) Wyche of Miami, Fla Gloria(Jeffered) Devine of Fitzgerald, Ga Kenneth Carver of Miami, Fla 12 Grandchildren, 38 great-grands, 39 great great grands and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary of the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church where the pastor is the Rev.Christopher R. Douglas and with the Rev.
