Today the Davis funeral home of Ocilla Georgia pause to announce the death and Home going services for Ms. Linda Marie Jones Dunlap of Sanford Florida, who passed into eternal rest on April 5, 2018 in Sanford Florida.  Born July 8, 1970.  Ms. Dunlap is the daughter of Mrs. Lela Mae Jones of Ocilla and the late Mr. Kenneth Hall of Ocilla.  She is survived by her children: Mr. Reggie Dunlap, Mr. Marcus (Evette) Dunlap and Mr. Frankie D. Dunlap all of Orlando Fla.  Mother: Mrs. Lela Mae Jones of Ocilla Georgia.  Stepfather Mr. Willie Charles Jones of Ocilla Georgia.  Sisters: Ms. Shon Jones,  Ms. Sarnia Barthell  and Ms. Kakatea Barthell all of Ocilla Georgia and Mrs. Neat Fleming Murray St. Augustine Fla.  Brothers:  Mr. Derrick Jones  of Sanford Fla. and Mr. Steve Williams of Ocilla Georgia.  Aunts:  Mrs. Betty Darden of Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. Bobbie Hall of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Elizabeth (Badger) Davis of Ocilla Georgia, Ms. Claudie Mae Darden of Sanford Fla. Mrs. Minnie Ruth Baker of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Uncles: Mr. Alfonso Fuller of Ocilla Georgia, Rev. Randy (Brenda) Shelly of Ocilla Georgia and Mr. Perry Hall of Ocilla Georgia.  Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.

Born October 18, 1950 in Ocilla Georgia, through the union of the late Leroy and Pauline Terry.  She was an only child and was affectionately called "Beenie" by the many people who knew and loved her.

With love and  sympathy the Davis funeral home of Ocilla Georgia announces the death and home going celebration for Mrs. Lena Mintze Davis of 523 Est. 6th Street Ocilla Georgia.  A retired registered nurse, born to the late Mr. Roscoe Mintze and Mrs. Blanche Felton Mintze on August 4, 1927, in Ocilla, Irwin county Georgia.  The wife of the late Mr. Ernest Davis, Mrs. Davis leaves to cherish her memories, Two children:  Dr. Ernie Camille Davis' Williams (Melvin) of Lithonia Georgia, and Mr. Ernest Algernon Davis (Ernestine) of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Mrs. Davis peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday February 26, 2018 at Emory university hospital in Atlanta Georgia.

Born March 9, 1937 to the late Mr. Mack and Mrs. Lady B. Moreland Glover in Ocilla Irwin county Georgia. Mrs. Fice was a Licensed practical Nurse at Osceola nursing home for many years, and was well loved and respected in her community especially the kid, for her freeze cups.

Mr. Merritt is survived by Two brothers: Mr. Harold (Mary) Merritt and Mr. Bobby (Jackie) Merritt of Ocilla, Georgia. A special niece Ms. Palma Vereen of Atlanta Georgia, also a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Home going celebration for Mr. Johnny L. Merritt will be held on Saturday February 17,2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the Davis funeral home chapel 301 North Oak street Ocilla, Georgia. Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery. Mr. Merritt will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning 10:00 until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday morning 10:00 until the funeral hour. The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.
