With sadness in our heart, the Davis funeral home of Ocilla Georgia announces the death and funeral services for Ms. Erica D. Smith of Rochester Hills Mich.  Ms. smith is the daughter of Mr. Lester Jerome Smith and Mrs. Vernal Miller Smith of Rochester Hills Mich.  Ms. Smith leaves to cherish her memories in addition to her parents, a sister: Mrs. Keinya Kohlbecker of Portland Org. and One brother: Mr. Darren J. Smith of Lake Orion Mich.  A grandmother Mrs. Novella Miller of Ocilla Georgia.  A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  Local funeral services for Ms. Erica D. Smith will be held on Wednesday morning November 23, 2016 at 11:00 from the Pleasant Grove 1st. Baptist church at 215 East 7th. street in Ocilla Georgia, where the pastor Rev. James C. Curtis will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery.  Ms. Smith will lie in state at the Church on Wednesday morning 9:30 until the funeral hour.  The family will receive friends after the service for repass at the Community house on south Irwin Ave.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.
