Born December 28, 2016 to Shakita Hall and of Ocilla Georgia and Omicheal Sailem of Fitzgerald Georgia.  In addition to her parents she leaves her siblings; Auhnest Willis, David Jackson,and Azari Lockhart.  Grand parent; Ms. Hilda Rose, Ms. Gloria Hall and Charlie and Regina Paschal.  Graveside services for Little Skyy O'Mari Sailem was held on Thursday morning 11:00 at the Ocilla Cemetery in Ocilla Georgia. 

The Davis funeral home of Ocilla was in charge of all arrangements.

Born July 25, 1942 in Berrian county to the late William and Josephine Deberry. Dea. Deberry departed this life on January 2, 2017 in Virginia Beach Va. surrounded by his family. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife: Mrs. Beatrice Davis Deberry of Alapaha Georgia; One son Mr. Harlan (Juanita) Deberry of Douglas Georgia. One Daughter Ms. Shonda Deberry of Virginia Beach, Va. Brothers; Mr. Dea. Albert (Helen) Deberry of Gladys Georgia, Mr. Larry (Shirley ) Deberry of Ocilla Georgia and Mr. Donnie Deberry of Powder Springs Georgia. Sisters; Mrs. Dorothy (Joe) Cargile of Stone Mountain Georgia, and Mrs. Dora Alexandre of Miami Florida; sister-in-law Mrs. Annette (Nathaniel) Reeves of Alapaha Georgia, and Mrs. Deloris Chapman of Rome Georgia; aunt Mrs. Rebecca Graham of Detroit Mich.; granddaughter Ms. Brittany Deberry of Alapaha Georgia; great granddaughter Yashanti Deberry of Alapaha Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Funeral services for Dea. Jeff Mckenly Deberry will be held on Sunday January 8, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. from the Little Flock Baptist church in the Gladys community where the pastor Bishop Richard R. Denning will officiate, interment will follow in the Luke cemetery in Berrian county. Dea. Deberry will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla Saturday morning 10:00 until 2:00 and at Little Flock Baptist church 3:00 until 5:00p.m. and Sunday morning 10:00 until 1:00 at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla. The Davis funeral home in Ocilla has charge of all arrangements 

Miss Zaria Niumbea Wilson

Daughter of Keith Wilson Sr. and Asia Moses of Douglas Georgia. Zaria went home to be with the Lord on Monday December 5, 2016 at Tift Regional medical center in Tifton Georgia. Zaria is survived in addition to her parent by two siblings: Keith Wilson Jr. and Keenston Wilson both of Douglas Georgia. Grand parent: Ms. Angela Wilcox and Mr. Roosevelt Moses Jr. both of Ocilla Georgia. Ms. Brenda Hodges of Douglas Georgia and Mr. Jerome Wilson of Waycross Georgia. She was preceded in death by her great grand parents: Mr. Roosevelt Sr. and Mrs. Thelma Moses of Ocilla Georgia, Mr. James and Mrs. Georgia Rene Wilcox of Ocilla, Mr. Johnny and Mrs. Ethel Williams of Waycross Georgia.

Graveside services for little Zaria Niumbea Wilson will be held on Saturday December 10, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ocilla city cemetery (West) with the Rev. Melvin D. Harper officiating. The Davis funeral home of Ocilla Georgia has charge of all arrangements. 

Ms. Connie Shenetha Lampkin

Ms. Lampkin passed away quietly and peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday November 26, 2016 at her home in Ocilla.

Family and friends of the late Mr. Roosevelt Ross Jr. of Ocilla Georgia  will regret to learn of his death on Monday night in Ocilla Georgia.  Mr. Ross is the son of the late Roosevelt Sr. and Izona Mizell Ross. Mr. Ross was born February 16, 1971 and departed this life November 14, 2016.  Mr. Ross leaves to cherish his memories, his Children: Roosevelt Ross III, Shabreka Ross, Samartisa Ross, Malique Ross, and  Sania Ross.  Four sisters: Wanda Ross, Victoria Ross, Thelma Ross, and Vivian Ross.  Five brothers: Terry and Mary Ross, Shannon and Jessicci Ross, Mike Ross, Winfred Ross, and Brad Ross.  Three grand children: Marian Wynn, Carson Ross, K J and Ross. A host of Aunts uncles, nieces nephews cousins relatives and friends. 

Funeral services for Mr. Roosevelt Ross Jr. will be held on Saturday November 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Empowerment Temple church of God by faith in Ocilla, where the pastor Rev. Kenneth Moore will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery.  Mr. Ross will lie in state Friday afternoon from 2:00 until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday morning 10:00 until 1:00 p.m.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.
