A home going celebration for Mrs. Frances Moss is planned for Saturday October 19, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. from the Davis funeral home Chapel, in Ocilla. Rev. Douglas Taylor will officiate. Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery.
