Mrs. Paulk received God's call from labor to reward on Monday August 10, 2020 at the Irwin county hospital in Ocilla Georgia. Mrs. Paulk is survived by her children: Mrs. Easter Moffett of Newton Ms., Mrs. Malinda Devine of Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. Shianna ( Antwan) Scrubs of Albany Georgia, Mr. Willie Frank Thomas and Mr. Herbert Thomas both of Ocilla Georgia. Siblings: Mrs. Carrie Bell Bryant of Douglas Georgia, Mrs. Odessa Merritt of Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. Willie Mae (James) Cherry of North Carolina Mr. Sammie (Beverly) Gamble, of North Carolina, Mr. Charlie Gamble of Ocilla Georgia, along with a host of Grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. A home going celebration for Mrs. Ida Lee Paulk is planned for Saturday August 15,2020 at 2:00 from the Ocilla city cemetery 301 East Valdosta Ave. Her pastor Rev. Herbert Coney, pastor of the St. John Baptist church, Wray Georgia will delivery the eulogy. Interment will be in the Ocilla cemetery. Big Ma will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning 11:00 until 6:00 p.m. Please continue to lift the family up in prayer. He was preceded in death by his father Mr. Johnny Williams and One brother Mr. Zencorey Davis. Hr. Lane is survived by his wife: Mrs. Jasmein Paulk Lane of Tifton Georgia. Mother Mrs. Rose Mary Lane/Simmons of Chula Georgia. One son: Mr. Marcus Lane Jr. of Tifton Georgia.
