And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away.  With sadness in our heart, the Davis funeral home 301 North Oak Street, Ocilla Georgia   31774, announces the death of Mr. Coley Davis 317 North Mitchell Street, Nashville Georgia.  Born October 17, 1956, Mr. Davis departed this life on Saturday September 19, 2020 at Pruitt Health Care in Valdosta, Georgia.  Mr. Davis is survived by his son: Mr. Cedric and wife Tiaa Davis of Ray City Georgia.  Siblings:  Mrs. Willie Nell Williams and Mrs. Mae Frances and Husband James all of Atlanta Georgia, Mr. Frank Davis Jr. of Calif. Pastor Johnny Lee and wife Mattie Davis of Alapaha Georgia,  Pastor Nathaniel and wife Tracy Davis, Mr. Theotis and wife Linda Harris all of Douglas Georgia, Pastor Larry and wife Patricia Davis of Sparks Georgia.  Four grandchildren and Four great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends. A home going celebration for Mr. Coley Davis is planned for Thursday September 24, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. from the Eastview cemetery in Nashville Georgia.  His brother Rev. Nathaniel Davis will deliver the eulogy.  Mr. Davis will le in state on Wednesday afternoon 4 to 6 p.m. at Bristol Temple church of God in Nashville Georgia located at 313 North Mitchell street where the pastor Johnny Davis serves as pastor.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please keep the Davis family lifted up in prayer.
