Stepherson Graham and the late Mr. Tommie Graham.   Mrs Moss is survived by One daughter Ms. Deborah Moss of Atlanta Georgia.  A home going celebration for Mrs. Frances Moss is planned for Saturday October 19, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. from the  Davis funeral home Chapel, in Ocilla. Rev. Douglas Taylor will officiate. Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery.  Mrs. Moss will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning 10:00 until 6:00 p.m. Please join us as we lift the family up in prayer.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.
