eleanor ThomasServant of God well done, rest from thy love employ.  The battle is fought, the victory is won, enter thy master's joy.  With sincere sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak street, Ocilla Georgia   31774, pause to announce the death and homegoing celebration for Evangelist Eleanor Daisy Williams Thomas of Byron Georgia.  Born December 1, 1946 in Lax, Irwin county Georgia to the late Mrs. Elnora Hawkins Williams and the late Mr. Leroy Williams Sr.   A loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, Evangelist and friend, known to many as Nanny, received God's call from labor to reward on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at her home in Byron Georgia surrounded by her loving and devoted family.  She is survived by her Loving husband: Pastor Robert Lee Thomas of Byron Georgia.  Their children: Ms. Zondria Moore of Waner Robins Georgia, Mr. Christopher and Mrs. Linda Lott of Moultrie Georgia. Mr. James Lott Jr. of Ocilla Georgia, Ms. Zandra Thomas, Ms. Cutina Thomas, Ms. Tangela Thomas Mr. Kevin Thomas, Mr. Carlos Thomas, and Mr. Kenny Price all of Warner Robins Georgia.  Siblings: Mr. Leroy Williams Jr. of Moca Puerto Rico, Mrs. Edith Mitchell of Macungie Penn., Ms. Sandra Williams of Orlando Florida, Ms. Cheryl Lewis of Milton Florida, Mr. Carlton Williams of Jonesboro Georgia, and Mr. Gregory Williams of Byron Georgia,  Several grandchildren, brother and sister in laws, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.   A home going celebration for Evangelist Eleanor Daisy Thomas is planned for Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from the Empowerment Temple Church of God By Faith at 600 North Oak street, Ocilla Georgia, where pastor Kenneth Moore serves a pastor.  Pastor Walter Baker will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Interment will follow in the Dunlap/ Hawkins cemetery, Highway 158, Lax Georgia.  Evangelist Thomas will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning, 10:00 until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday morning at the church 11:30 until the funeral hour.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Williams and Thomas families.

James C. Marvin Smith Sr. will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Ms. Carter will lie in state on Saturday March 12, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Mt. Mariah Missionary Baptist church 28 South Williams Street, Alapaha Georgia where Rev.
