Mr. Cooper is survived by his wife: Mrs. Velma Hyman Cooper of Jacksonville Florida. Their children: Ms. Angelia Cooper, Mr. Eric Cooper, and Ms. Lisa Cooper all of Jacksonville Florida. One brother Mr. Charles Cooper of Jacksonville Florida, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. A special niece, Mrs. Ruth Cooper Burch of Ocilla Georgia. Mr. Cooper will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla on Sunday February 14, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:oo p.m. Committal services for Mr. Harry B. Cooper will be held on Monday February 15, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the Lax community (Hawkins/Dunlap) cemetery Highway 158, Lax Georgia. Rev. Randy Shelly will officiate.
