Mr. James Leon Hall

He started up to here.  A mortal arrow speared his frame, he fell but felt no fear, and so on the hymn goes.   With sadness in our hearts the Davis funeral home 301 North Oak street Ocilla Georgia along with the New Bethel missionary Baptist church family pause to announce the death and home going celebration for Mr. James Leon Hall, 613 North Alder Street, Ocilla Georgia   31774.    Born October 10, 1963 in Ocilla Georgia.  Mr. Hall departed this life on Sunday July 12, 2020 at the Navient Health care center in Macon Georgia.  Leon is survived by his companion:  Ms. Eva Mae Arnold of Ocilla.  Their children: Jasmine Hall, Bri Freeman, Nicole Hall and Lisa Hall all of Ocilla Georgia.  His mother: Mrs. Mary O'Neal of Ocilla Georgia.  Siblings: Mrs. Jackie Studstill, Ms. Brenda Hall, Mr. Emmitt and Linda Oneal all of Ocilla Georgia.  Rev. David and  Katerina Wilcox of Savannah Georgia.  Mrs. Ella and Hosie Campbell of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Also a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Mr. James Leon Hall is planned for Saturday July 18, 2020 at 11:00 from the Ocilla city cemetery 401 East Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla.  His brother Rev. David Wilcox will delivery the eulogy and committal.  Mr. Hall will lie in state on Friday morning 11:30 until 6:00 p.m. at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla.  The Davis funeral home Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to lift the Hall family up in prayer.
 
 

Mrs. Antoinnia (Ann) Lott Wallace

Ocilla Georgia.  Born May 17, 1966 in Ocilla Georgia to the late Mr. James Lott Sr. and Mrs. Eleanor Williams Lott.  Mrs. Wallace entered into enteral rest on Tuesday   June 16, 2020 in Tifton Georgia. 

Mr. Chester Anderson

Chester Anderson2Father we stretch our hands to thee no other help we know.  If thou withdraw your hands from us, where will we go.  With sadness in our hearts the Davis funeral home 301 North oak street Ocilla Georgia, announces the death and home going celebration for Mr. Chester Anderson, 106 north College street, Ocilla Georgia.  Born June 21, 1962 in Ocilla Georgia to the late Mr. Charles Anderson and Mrs. Ida Talton Anderson.  Mr. Anderson departed this life on Monday June 15, 2020 at his home in Ocilla.  He is survived by his children: Ms. Chelsie King, Fitzgerald Georgia, Mr. Chester King, Fitzgerald Georgia, Mr. Tonyel Anderson, Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Chavarious Carlton, Ocilla Georgia, Ms. Cherelle Brockington, Atlanta Georgia, and Ms. Latressa Newton, Boston Mass.  His mother: Mrs. Ida Anderson, Ocilla Georgia.  Siblings:  Rev. Charles A. (Cheryl) Anderson Sr. Ocilla Georgia, Rev. Dr. Stanford (Dorothy) Anderson, Richmond Hill, Georgia, Minister Charlene (Douglas) Carter, Waycross Georgia. along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews relatives, and friends.  A home goings celebration for Mr. Chester Anderson is planned for Saturday June 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery 301 East Valdosta Ave. In Ocilla.  His brother Rev. Charles A. Anderson Sr. pastor of New Birth Life Changing church in Ocilla will delivery the eulogy.  Mr. Anderson will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla Friday afternoon 1:00 until 6:00.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements. Please continue to pray for the Anderson family.
 
 

Mr. Danyel Leshun Moore

Their children: London Moore and Naja Moore both of Panama City Fla.  His parent: Evangelist Eleanor and Elder Robert Thomas of Byron Georgia.   Siblings: Mrs. Antoinnia and Mr. Roy Wallace of Ocilla Georgia, Mr. James Lott Jr. of Augusta Ga., Mr. Christopher Lott of Attapulgus Ga. and Ms. Zondria Moore of Fort Valley Ga.  Also a host of Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends survives.  A home going service for Mr. Danye Leshun Moore is planned for Sunday May 17, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. from the Lax community cemetery in Lax Georgia.  Elder Robert Thomas will deliver the eulogy.  Mr. Moore will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla on Sunday 11:00 until 2:00 p.m.  The Davis funeral Home of Ocilla has charge of arrangements.  Please continue to lift the family up in prayer. 

Mr. David Vincient Reid Jr.

Mr. Edward Watson

Edward received the lord’s call from labor to reward, on Monday May 4, 2020 at Crisp Regional medical center in Cordele Georgia.
