Dominique NewkirkAnd Jesus said, suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for such is the kingdom of Heaven.  It is with great compassion the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak street, Ocilla Georgia, 31774 pause to announce the death of little Ms. Dominique Chyann Newkirk (Brown) of Ocilla.  Born October 5, 2017 in Ocilla Irwin county Georgia, to Ms. Monique Newkirk and Mr. Timothy Brown.  Dominique received God's call to her heavenly home peacefully at her home in Ocilla on Wednesday June 7, 2023.  Dominique finished Pre K and was headed to Kindergarten.  In addition to her parent, she is survived by her sibling: Larresha Pope of Ocilla, Keemya Brown, K'lanni Brown, and Zyreion Jones all of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Grandmother:  Ms. Sharon Austin of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Aunts and uncles: Mr. Dominique and Mrs. Chrystal Austin, Mr. Gary Brown, Mr. Eddie Brown Jr. Mr. Quincy Goolsby, Mr. John Newkirk, Ms. Tiffiany Graham, and Ms. Hope Harmon.  Great Aunts and uncles: Ms. Shaunda and Mr. Joshua Williams, Mr. Sherman and Mrs. Kari Goolsby, Mr. Charlie and Mrs. Sylvia Goolsby, Ms. Shonda Goolsby, and Mr. Timothy Walton.  God parents: Ms. Tammy Curry, Ms. Trista Walker, Ms. Miranda Young, Mr. Robert and Mrs. Trisha Griffin and family.  God aunties: Kayla Johnson, Ashley Denmark, Anna M. and Angle Johnson, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, god sisters relatives and friends.  Home going celebrations for Dominique Chyann Newkirk (Brown) are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Davis funeral home of Ocilla.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Newkirk and Brown families.

There's a sweet expression on each face, and I know that it's the presence of the lord.  Sweet holy sprit, sweet heavenly dove, stay right here with us, shadow us with your love.  And with each blessing, we lift our voice in praise, without a dough we know, that we have been reviled, when we shall leave this place.  With sadness in our heart, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak street, Ocilla Georgia   31774, pause to announce the death of Mr. Cameron Isiah Anderson Jr. of Savannah Georgia.  Born May 8, 2003 in Fitzgerald Georgia to Ms. Arteria Neal and Mr. Cameron Isiah Anderson Sr.  Mr. Anderson received God's call to his eternal home on  Monday April 17, 2023 in Statesboro Georgia.  Cameron is survived by his parent,: Ms. Arteria Neal of Savannah Georgia, and Mr. Cameron Isiah Anderson Sr. of Ocilla Georgia. his siblings: Mr. Jeremiah Neal, Mr. Austin Anderson, Mr. Reminisce Jordan and Ms. Haley Smiley of Savannah Georgia.  Grandparents: Ms. Jereline Ewing of Ocilla Georgia, Mr. Artie and Mrs. Lakiesha Neal of Jupitar Florida, Rev. Charles A. and Mrs. Cheryl Anderson of Tifton Georgia, and Ms. LueCarnia Polk of West Palm Beach Florida, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Mr. Cameron Isiah Anderson Jr. is planned for Saturday April 29, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the Midway Baptist church highway 32 East Holt Georgia, where Rev. Al Keith Milton serves as pastor.  His grandfather, Rev. Charles A. Anderson Sr. will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla.  Mr. Anderson will lie in state on Friday 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla.  The Davis funeral Home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.

Deacon Columbus Bryant Sr.

Deacon Bryant received God's call from labor to reward of Thursday afternoon April 13, 2023 at South Georgia medical center in Valdosta Georgia, surrounded by his loving family.  He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Mrs. Ernestine Dent Bryant of Wray Georgia.  Their children: Mr. Columbus Jr. and Verlyn Bryant of Byron Georgia, Mrs. Vanessa and Mr. Michael Graydon of Tifton Georgia.  Grandchildren:  Mrs. Candyce and Mr. Toledo Bradford of Perry Georgia, Mr. Columbus Demar and Mrs. Brittany Bryant of Miami Florida, Mr. Kelvin and Mrs. Hanvi McCray of Dacula Georgia, Mr. Joshua Graydon and Mr. Michael Graydon both of Tifton Georgia, Ms. Sandquata Woodard of Miami Florida, Ms. Thejuana Woodard of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mr. Thesis Woodard of Miami Florida. 19 great grandchildren.  Two sisters: Mrs. Ruth Gamble of Ocilla Georgia, and Mrs. Carrie and Mr. Theotis Sneed of Miami Florida.  sister and brother in laws: Mrs. Carrie Bell Bryant of Ambrose Georgia, Ms. Christine Dent of Vidalia Georgia, Mrs. Betty Gayman of Miami Florida, Ms. Idel Dent of Miami Florida, Mrs. Marguerite and Mr. James Dean of Miami Florida, Mr. Moses and Debbie Dent, Mr. J. B. and Mrs. Maggie Dent of Miami Florida and Mr. Robert and Mrs. Grace Dent of Vidalia Georgia, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Deacon Columbus Bryant Sr. is planned for Saturday April 22, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the St. John Baptist church Satilla Road in Wray Georgia where the pastor Moderator Herbert Coney will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave, Ocilla.  Deacon Bryant will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning 11:00 until 6:00 p.m.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Bryant and Dent families.

Mrs. Clowers received God's call to her eternal Home on Thursday afternoon, March 16, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She is survived by her children:  Mr. Winfred Clowers of Maime Florida, Mrs. Sandra and Mr. David Davis on Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Daisy Dorsey of Swansboro Georgia, Ms. Theretha Davis and Ms. Gwendoln McCloud both of Ocilla Georgia and Mr. Stephen and Mrs. Willene Clowers of Douglas Georgia.  Two sisters: Ms. Amanda Gainer of Atlanta Georgia, and Frances Moore of Bridgeport Connecticut., along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Mrs. Florence Gainer Clowers is planned for Sunday March 26, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. from the Pleasant Grove 1st. Baptist church, 215 East 7th.street Ocilla, where the pastor Rev. James C. Curtis will deliver the eulogy and committal. Interment will follow in the Ocilla cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave.  Mrs. Clowers will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Saturday morning 11:00 until 6:00 p.m. and Sunday morning 11:00 until 1:00 p.m.   The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Gainer and Clowers families.

Olive Baptist church at 808 East Jessamine street in Fitzgerald Georgia. Bishop Richard R. Denning will deliver the eulogy.   Mrs. McCoy will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla Tuesday morning 11:00 until 6:00 p.m.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.
