If you withdraw yourself from us we have nowhere to go.  With heart felt sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak street Ocilla Georgia, pause to announce the death and home going celebration for Mrs. Sharon Jean Carver of 152 Nottingham Way, Ocilla Georgia.  Born September 6, 1955 in Ocilla Georgia to the late Mr. Leroy Carver Sr. and the late Mrs. Ilda Mae Currington Carver.  Mrs. Carver completed her earthly journey on Tuesday September 21, 2021 at her home in Ocilla.  She is survived by  a special friend Mr. Raymond Wilcox of Ocilla Georgia.  Her children: Mrs. Letitia and Mr. Garfield Green of Nahunta Georgia, Mrs. Windy and Mr. Ronald Dyous of Ocilla Georgia, and Mr. Terrell and Mrs. Joselyn Carver of St. Petersburg Florida.  Her siblings: Mr. Damon and Mrs. Irene Carver of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Christell Pryor of Durham North Carolina and Ms. Benerie   Holden of Fitzgerald Georgia along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Mrs. Sharon Jean Carver is planned for Saturday October 2, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla.  Rev. W. F. Mobley will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Mrs. Carver will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla Friday Morning 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday morning 10:00 until the funeral hour.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Carver family.

Ms. Dorothy Delois Campbell (Johnson)

Dorothy CampbellThere is a name I love to hear, it sounds so sweet to me.  It sounds like music in my hear, the sweeties name I Know.  With heart felt sympathy, the Davis funeral home 301 North Oak street Ocilla Georgia, pause to announce the death of Ms. Dorothy Delois Campbell (Johnson) of 10 East Pillow Street, Lakeland Georgia.  Born December 19, 1961 in Ocilla Georgia to the late Mr. Lance Campbell Sr. and the late Mrs. Ruby Jean Ross Campbell (Arnold).  Ms. Campbell received God Call home on Sunday September 12, 2021 at South Georgia Medical center in Valdosta, Georgia.  Ms. Campbell is survived by her son: Mr. Leon Johnson Jr. of Lakeland Georgia.  Siblings: Mr. Lance (Norma) Campbell Jr. of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Ruby Jean (Johnny) Peavy of Ocilla Georgia, Ms. Eva Mae Arnold of Ocilla Georgia, Mr. Johnny (Peggy) Campbell of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mr. Joseph (Mary) Arnold of Fitzgerald Georgia, and Mr. Tommy (Dessica) Campbell of Fitzgerald Georgia, along with a host of Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.  Home going services are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Davis funeral home of Ocilla.

Edford Talton Sr.  Ms. Battle received God's call from labor to reward on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical center in Tifton Georgia.  Ms. Battle is survived by her children: Ms. Kimbre Ellison and Ms. Angel Lee both of Ocilla Georgia, and Ms. Ariel Battle of Tifton Georgia.  Siblings:  Ms. Shirley Deberry of Ocilla Georgia, Mr. Jeramiah and Mrs. Fannie Sams Talton of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Erma and William Bryant of Ocilla Georgia, Evangelist Lillian and Minister Anthony Cole of Ocilla Georgia, and Mr. Timothy and Mrs. LaToya Washington Talton of Ocilla Georgia.  Two Grandchildren along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A homegoing celebration for Ms. Elenora Battle aka Delphine Talton is planned for Saturday September 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave. Ocilla.  Her pastor, Rev.
