Mrs. Alice Frances Dwight

What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins, and griefs to bier.  What a privilege it is to carry, everything to God in prayer.  It is with heartfelt sympathy, that the staff and management of the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak Street, Ocilla Georgia   31774, pause to announce the death and homegoing services for Mrs. Alice Frances Dwight of 7226 Angie Ct., Riverdale, Georgia.  Born October 9, 1946, in Abbeville, Wilcox County Georgia to the late Mrs. Martha Williams Parker and the late Mr. Mack Parker.  Mrs. Dwight received God's call to eternal home on Monday December 18, 2023, Westbury of McDonough in Mc Donough Georgia.  She is survived by her husband: Mr. Mose Dwight and their son Mr. Mr. Mose Stanley Dwight both of Riverdale Georgia.  Her Siblings: Mr. Alphonso Parker, Ms. Ophelia Parker, Ms. Deborah Parker, and Mrs. Gloria Parker Calloway.  For grandchildren, Eight Great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Mrs. Alice Frances Dwight is planned for, Thursday December 28, 2023, at 12:00 noon from the Joy center located on College street, in Abbeville, Georgia.  Rev. Bobby Davis will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Interment will follow in the Riverside cemetery, highway 280 East in Abbeville Georgia.  Mrs. Dwight will lie in state at the Joy Center on Thursday morning 10:00 until the funeral hour.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Parker and Dwight families.
