Mr. Jerry Wayne Wynn

Father we stretch our hands to thee, no other help we know, if you withdraw yourself from us, we have nowhere to go.  It is with sincere sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak Street, Ocilla Georgia   31774 pause to announce the death of Mr. Jerry Wayne Wynn of 293 Niagara Road Fitzgerald Georgia.  Born August 8, 1958, in Ocilla Irwin County Georgia to the late Mr. David Daniels and the late Ms. Evelyn Wynn.  Mr. Wynn received God's call to his everlasting home on Friday April 19, 2024, at his home being comforted by his loving family.  He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife of 42 years: Mrs. Carolyn King Wynn of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Their children: Mr. Gerald Wynn of Smyrna Georgia and Ms. Cassandra Wynn of Fitzgerald Georgia.  His siblings: Mr. Hayward Wynn, Ms. Lois Wynn, Mrs. Carolyn Wynn Young, Mr. Lamar Daniel, Mr. Steven Daniel, Mr. Timothy Daniel and Mr. Wesley Daniel all of Ocilla Georgia, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  Home going services for Mr. Jerry Wayne Wynn is planned for Saturday April 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. from the Mount Calvery Baptist church, 104 South Douglas Street, Fitzgerald, where Rev. George Vereen serves as pastor.  Rev. Connie K. Graham will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Interment will follow in the Evergreen cemetery, in Fitzgerald.  Mr. Wynn will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning 11:00 until 6:00 p.m.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Wynn and King Families.
