Mrs. Moss received God's call from labor to reward peacefully on Saturday December 24, 2022 at Tifton Rehabilitation Center in Tifton Georgia. She is survived by her children: Mr. Jerry and Mrs. Fran Moss of Tifton Georgia and Mrs. Jennifer and Mr. Jimmie Turner of Fitzgerald Georgia, along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. A homegoing celebration for Mrs. Mildred Wylene Payne Moss is planned for Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. from the Davis funeral home chapel in Ocilla. Rev Anthony Davis will deliver the eulogy, interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery, 601 North Oak street in Ocilla. Mrs. Moss will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, on Wednesday 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.
