Sandra WatsonFather, we stretch our hands to thee, no other help we know.  If you withdraw yourself from us, we have nowhere to go.  With heartfelt sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak Street, Ocilla Georgia, pause to announce the death and home going celebrations for Mrs. Sandra Goolsby Watson, of 449 Fitzgerald highway in Ocilla Georgia.  Born January 26, 1971, in Ocilla, Irwin County Georgia to the late, Mr. Sherman Goolsby Sr. and the late Mrs. Parlie Mae Killebrew Goolsby. Mrs. Watson received God's call to her heavenly home, on Tuesday April 26, 2022, at her home in Ocilla.  Mrs. Watson is survived her daughter: Ms. Monquie Newkirk (Timothy Brown) of Fitzgerald Georgia. Grandchildren: Larriesha Pope, Dominique Brown, K'lannie Brown, and Kemiya Brown all of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Siblings: Mr. Charlie and Mrs. Sylvia Goolsby of Broxton Georgia, Mr. Sherman Jr. and Mrs. Kari Goolsby of Waycross Georgia, Mrs. Shaunda and Mr. Timothy Walton of Wray Georgia.  A special sister-in-law: Mrs. Shonda Goolsby of Wray Georgia along with a host of in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. A homegoing celebration for Mrs. Sandra Delois Watson is planned for Saturday April 30, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla Georgia.  Her pastor Rev. James C. Curtis will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Mrs. Watson will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning 10:00 until 6:00 p.m.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Watson, Goolsby, and Killebrew families.
