Born October 29, 1934 Irwin, county Gladys community to the late Mr. Frank Jenkins and the late Mrs. Albertha Deberry Jenkins. Mrs. Gaskins Boarded her heaven bound train to be with the lord on Wednesday February 2, 2022 at Tift regional Medical center in Tifton Georgia. She is survived by her children: Ms. Deborah Thomas of Riverdale Georgia, Ms. Janice Joseph of Ocilla Georgia, Ms. Phyllis and Mr. Kenneth Edwards Sr. of Ocilla Georgia, and Mr. Carree Gaskins of Nicholls Georgia. One sister Mrs. Mary Young of Ocilla Georgia. 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends. Home going services for Mrs. Flora Nell Jenkins Gaskins is planned for Saturday February 12, 2022 at 12:00 noon from the Ocilla city cemetery 301 East Valdosta Ave in Ocilla where her pastor Rev. James C. Curtis will deliver the eulogy and committal. Mrs. Gaskins will lie in state at the Davis Funeral home in Ocilla Friday morning 10:00 until 6:00 p.m. The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.
