Born September 7, 1949 in Osierfield Georgia to the late Ms. Christine Foster and the late Mr. Joe Foster Sr. Ms. Foster Received God's call from labor to reward on Tuesday September 21, 2021 at Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald Georgia. She is survived by her Children :Mr. Donivan and Mrs. LaTonya Foster of Ocilla Georgia, and Mr. Christopher Foster of Ocilla Georgia. Grandchildren: Tierra, Donvan Jr., Javone, and Tiana Foster all of Ocilla Georgia. One brother Mr. Joe Foster Jr. of South Bay Florida, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. A homegoing celebration for Ms. Annie Bell Foster is planned for Saturday October 2, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. from the Osierfield Community cemetery in Osierfield Georgia. Rev. Dr. Johnny Edwards will deliver the eulogy and committal. Ms. Foster will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla Friday morning 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 until the funeral hour.
