Mrs. Sharon Jean Carver

Father we stretch our hands to thee, no other help we know. If you withdraw yourself from us we have nowhere to go.  With heart felt sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak street Ocilla Georgia, pause to announce the death and home going celebration for Mrs. Sharon Jean Carver of 152 Nottingham Way, Ocilla Georgia.  Born September 6, 1955 in Ocilla Georgia to the late Mr. Leroy Carver Sr. and the late Mrs. Ilda Mae Currington Carver.  Mrs. Carver completed her earthly journey on Tuesday September 21, 2021 at her home in Ocilla.  She is survived by  a special friend Mr. Raymond Wilcox of Ocilla Georgia.  Her children: Mrs. Letitia and Mr. Garfield Green of Nahunta Georgia, Mrs. Windy and Mr. Ronald Dyous of Ocilla Georgia, and Mr. Terrell and Mrs. Joselyn Carver of St. Petersburg Florida.  Her siblings: Mr. Damon and Mrs. Irene Carver of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Christell Pryor of Durham North Carolina and Ms. Benerie   Holden of Fitzgerald Georgia along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Mrs. Sharon Jean Carver is planned for Saturday October 2, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla.  Rev. W. F. Mobley will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Mrs. Carver will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla Friday Morning 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday morning 10:00 until the funeral hour.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Carver family.
