With sincere sympathy the Davis Funeral Home, 301 North Oak Street Ocilla, Georgia 31774 announces the death of Mrs Rosetta(Thrower)Johnson of 912 North Oak Street Ocilla,Georgia.Born September 19,1939 in Wilcox County Georgia to the late Mrs. Sally(Coney)Thrower and the late Mr. John Thrower. Mrs. Johnson received God's call from labor to reward on Wednesday December 9,2020 at the Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton,Georgia. She is survived by her husband; Deacon Warnell Johnson,Sr. of Ocilla,Georgia, Children; Mr. Warnell(Charlotte)Johnson,Jr. of Lithonia,Georgia, Mr. Joseph(Stephanie)Johnson of Savannah,Georgia, Mr. Charlie(Maria)Johnson of Ocilla,Georgia, Mr. Frederick(Alisa)Johnson of Ocilla,Georgia, Ms. Vickie Johnson of
Vienna,Georgia, Ms. Angelia Johnson of Waycross,Georgia, and Mr.Steve(Kimberly)Johnson of Smith Station,Alabama. Serveral siblings, along with a host of grandchildren,nieces,nephews,cousins,relatives,and friends. Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Rosetta Johnson will be held Sunday December 13,2020 at 1:00P.M.  from the Ocilla City Cemetery 301 East Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla,Georgia. Rev. C. R. Douglas will deliver the eulogy and committal. Mrs. Johnson will lie in state at the Davis Funeral Home on  Saturday afternoon 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. and Sunday morning 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. The Davis Funeral Home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.
