Born Monday September 7, 1959, In Ocilla, Irwin County Georgia to the late Mr. James and the late Mrs. Emma Reid. Ms. Reid received God's call to her everlasting home on Thursday February 19, 2026 at her home in Stonecrest Georgia.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children: Mrs. Ebony and Mr. Glais H. Gunter, Jr. of Stonecrest Georgia, and Ms. Jalisa Reid of Jonesboro Georgia. Grandchildren: Bella Grace Gunter and Glais H. Gunter III both of Stonecrest Georgia. Her siblings: Ms. Wilma Jean Reid of Valdosta Georgia, and Mr. Alfred Reid of Ocilla Georgia along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.
