Ms. Ann White

I heard the voice of Jesus say, come unto me and rest.  Lay down thy wearied one, lay down, thy head upon my breast.  I came to Jesus as I was, wearied, worn and sad.  I found in him a resting place, and he has made me glad.  It is with sincere sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak Street, Ocilla Georgia, pause to announce the death and home going celebrations for Ms. Alicia Ann White of 514 North Alder Street of Ocilla Georgia.  Born Wednesday August 27, 1969, in Ocilla Georgia to the late Ms. Louvinia White and the late Mr. Benjamin George.  Ms. White received God's call to her eternal home of Friday January 23, 2026 at her home in Ocilla.  She leaves to cherish her memories, her children: Mrs. Latoya Daniels, Mr. Joaquin White, and Mr. Anthony White all of Ocilla Georgia.  a special grandchild; Mr. Kel Daniels of Ocilla Georgia.  Her siblings: Ms. Willie Denise White, Ms. Louvinia White, Mr. Buster White, and Mrs. Roxie Ross Davis all of Ocilla Georgia along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Ms. Alicia Ann White is planned for Saturday January 31, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. from the St. Phillips Baptist church 505 East 5th. street in Ocilla where Rev. Fredrick Sanders serves as pastor.  Rev. Randy Shelly will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla.  Ms. White will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning 10:30 until 6:00 p.m. The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements for Ms. Alicia Ann White.  Please continue to pray for the White family.
