Ms. Jewel Lee McCormick

Father we stretch our hands to thee, no other help we know.  I you withdraw yourself from us, we have no where to go.  With sincere sympathy, the Davis funeral home 301 North Oak street Ocilla, Georgia, pause to announce the home going of Ms. Jewel Lee McCormick of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Ms. McCormick is survived by her children: Ms. Latoya Dixon of McDonough Georgia, and Mr. Deondre McCormick of  Stockbridge Georgia.  Grandchildren: Jairus Dixon, Jailen Laster, Ayanna McCormick, Jaiyla Laster, Deondre McCormick Jr., JaiAshlyn Laster, Darien Demond McCormick, and Savannah McCormick.  Siblings: Ms. Jessie Lee (Leroy) Gainer, Mrs. Mae Francis (Keith) Sharpe, Ms. Ruby Nell (Arthur Lee) McCormick,   Ms. Eva McCormick, Ms. Mary McCormick,  Ms. Laverne Harris, Mr. Willie George McCormick, Mr. Willie Frank McCormick, Mr. Jason McCormick,, Mrs. Patricia Lester and Mr. James McCormick.  Also two long time friends Ms. Karen Middlebrooks, and Ms. Vivian Merritt, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Ms. Jewell Lee McCormick is planned for Saturday August 8, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery 301 East Valdosta Ave. Ocilla Georgia.  Rev. Thomas Dixon Jr. will deliver the Eulogy,  Ms. McCormick will lie in state at the Davis Funeral home in Ocilla, Friday Morning 11:00 until 6:00 p.m. Please join us as we lift the McCormick family up in prayer.  The Davis funeral home has charge of all arrangements
