Mrs. Melvine Bryant

The family and friends of the late Mrs. Melvine Bryant will regret to learn of her death on Monday morning at Christian City life center in Union city Georgia. Mrs. Bryant is survived by her children: Mr. Ralph (Ransie) Plummer of Jacksonville Fla., Mrs. Virginia (John) Young of Albany Georgia, Mr. James Bryant Jr. of Dalton Georgia, Mr. Franklin Bryant of Ocilla, Georgia, Mr. Jerome Bryant of Jacksonville Fla., Mrs. Lena (Jonas) Keim of Stockbridge Georgia, Mrs. Barbara (Kenneth ) Sneed and Mrs. Ruby (Gerald) Coggins of Fayetteville Georgia. One brother Mr. Curtis Plummer. Seventeen grandchildren, Eighteen Great grandchildren, brothers-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.

Services for Mrs. Melvine Bryant will be held on Saturday August 29, 2015 at 11:00A.M. rom the Mathis Chapel Baptist church on Brushy Creek church road in Ocilla Georgia where the Rev. Kenneth R. Glove is the pastor. The Rev. Joe McCrary of Atlanta Georgia will officiate, interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery. Mrs. Bryant will lie in state at the Davis funeral home at 301 North Oak Street in Ocilla fromFriday morning 10:00 until 7:00pm and Saturday morning at the church from 10:00 until the funeral hour.
